By accessing and using the Website, you (“Client”, “You”, “Your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the services, products, and content provided by DE through the Website, including any interactions or transactions related to our Programme(s) and products.

2. Engagement
By completing and submitting the Registration Form for any Programme(s) offered by DE, you are entering into an agreement with us based on the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all interactions with the Website and services offered by DE.
We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our business operations, market conditions, payment methods, or legal requirements. Modifications will be posted on the Website, and we may notify you by email. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
3. Interpretation
The following words and phrases shall bear the following meanings unless the context requires otherwise:
“Calendar Week” means a full week starting from Monday to Sunday.
“You”, “Your” refers to the Client.
“DE”, “We”, “Our” refers to Disruptive Entrepreneurs Pte Ltd.
4. Registration & Enrolment
Your enrolment in any Programme(s) indicated on the Registration Form is conditional upon:
Payment of Programme fees (if applicable).
Payment for any Product(s)/Material(s) (if applicable).
Advance payment of all fees for the Registered Programme(s).
In the event that any Programme fees remain unpaid, DE reserves the right to cancel your enrolment. You are not entitled to receive any Product(s)/Material(s) for any Programme(s) that have not been paid for in full.
Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled due to public holidays, such as the eve of Chinese New Year and other gazetted public holidays in Singapore.
No refunds will be issued for missed classes, regardless of the reason.
DE’s Programme(s) are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or disease. Please consult a healthcare professional before beginning any diet, exercise, or supplementation programme. DE makes no warranties regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of any Programme(s).
5. Transfers
You may request a transfer from one Registered Programme to another, or from one centre to another, by submitting a written request at least one Calendar Week in advance. However, DE reserves the right to refuse the transfer request if operational or other issues arise. In such cases, you may withdraw from the Programme, but this will not entitle you to a refund as per Clause 16.
6. Returns & Exchanges (For Products/Materials)
DE accepts returns or exchanges of Product(s)/Material(s) under the following conditions:
Products/Materials must be in their original packaging, new condition, unworn, and unaltered.
A written request for return/exchange must be submitted within one Calendar Week of receiving the product.
Products/Materials must be returned within 30 days from the written request.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items. If your return or exchange request is rejected, you will also be responsible for any costs associated with the return shipping and collection.
DE does not guarantee that Product(s)/Material(s) will meet your individual requirements. The products are standard items and not customized.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by DE, including but not limited to worksheets, notes, study materials, and other resources, are the exclusive property of DE and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any of these materials for commercial purposes.
DE retains the right to use any work or materials produced by you as part of the Registered Programme(s) for promotional or business purposes.
8. Other Conditions
Class Changes: DE reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, or even combine or dissolve classes at our discretion.
Liability: DE will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to property sustained during your participation in any activities related to the Registered Programme(s), except where caused by DE’s wilful misconduct.
Force Majeure: DE shall not be liable for any class cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including acts of God, war, strikes, fire, flood, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Health Monitoring: It is your responsibility to monitor your health prior to attending any lessons. If you are unwell, DE reserves the right to send you home or place you in the office/administration area. Fees for missed classes will not be refunded.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with your Registration Form, represent the entire agreement between DE and the Client, superseding any previous oral or written agreements.
By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with DE's Personal Data Protection Policy.
